Seasons greetings Clairemont! As 2011 comes to an end, I would like to thank our membership for the opportunity to serve as the President of Clairemont Town Council (CTC). I got involved with CTC three years ago in order to make a difference and have a voice in our community. There are many important issues facing our city and community and much to accomplish. I am proud of the accomplishments CTC achieved this year. We held a successfully Garden Tour fundraiser, awarded grants to assist Clairemont schools and engaged community leaders in issues important to the Clairemont Community. We were very fortunate to have the participation of top political and government officials in CTC forums. I am especially grateful to the volunteers and board members that help CTC make a difference in Clairemont.
The new year is looks promising. CTC is excited to announce a full Board for 2012! We look forward to bringing new and exciting community forums and assistance to Clairemont. I leave you in capable hands with the incoming CTC President, Ryan Trabuco.
Reminder, we will host a Holiday Dinner for CTC members and guests to celebrate our year of service. We hope to see you December 1st. The dinner will be held 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Clairemont High School Cafeteria, 4150 Ute St, San Diego, CA 92117. Please bring a side dish or desert to share with your neighbors!
